Use the email and password you entered when registering a membership online.
All customers/members who have supplied their email address at BALC reception automatically have access to the Customer Portal.
First time logging in?
USERNAME – type in your email address. The email address must be the original email address you provided to the Ballarat Aquatic & Lifestyle Centre when you joined online or in centre.
PASSWORD – type in the password you created when you signed up online. Use password BALC if you are an existing BALC member and are logging in for the first time. Change your password when you have successfully logged into your account.
