Occasional Care is a great introduction to formal care, bringing a fun, flexible and educational program to families in the local community. A maximum of five hours care per day and fifteen hours per week is offered per child per family.

Our Kindergym classes are designed for parent/carer participation throughout the class. The program incorporates a range of activities including group games and exercises on the floor followed by circuits using the different gymnastics equipment such as the beams, bars, rings and trampolines as well as our Kindergym specific equipment like soft shapes and climbing frames. Kindergym is a fun way to learn the fundamentals of all types of movement. Each week there is a different theme so that the gym and the activities are always changing.
Hatha Yoga classes are a blend of ancient and modern systems of personal development. Awareness is enhanced on many levels through both passive and dynamic movement routines, postures, awareness of breath and relaxation. Classes are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.

Our Junior gym classes are designed for 4-5 year old’s. The children work independently and therefore are aimed at children who are going to school the following year. Classes are run with similar circuits as our Kindergym classes with a different theme each week. Junior gym is a fun way to learn the fundamentals of all types of movement. The goals of the program also include learning how to follow instructions, co-operating in group activities, lining up and waiting for their turns as well as communicating with their coaches and other children which will all help with school readiness. Therefore we encourage parents not to participate in these classes. The children will be able to progress form this program into our General Gymnastics program when they start school

This course offers hand building and pottery wheel throwing skills and techniques for pottery making. Clay modeling, sculpture, decorating and glazing skills are also covered.

Work with a Life Drawing model once per Term for gesture and rhythm. To encourage individual expression we experiment with a variety of mediums such as graphite, watercolour, charcoal, Contè, colour pencils and pastel.

Our Kinder program provides a diverse range of activities which are both stimulating and fun for the creative and adventurous 3 year old. Staff are fully trained and hold the required qualifications to deliver a high quality education program based on the national quality framework. Enrolments are taken any time during the year once your child turns 3 with bookings and payment on a per term basis. Bookings are essential.

A low paced exercise class using small hand weights and leg cuffs based on a scientifically proven weight training program. We will teach you to become stronger by altering your fat muscle balance and stimulating your bones to retain calcium. In addition your flexibility, posture and energy levels will be noticeably improved.
Learn the skills required to make your own clothes. Individual attention with only 6 students per class.
Please bring along your pattern, fabric, scissors, threads, buttons etc and any other haberdashery you may need to complete your project. Bring your sewing kit if you have one, threads, unpicker, tape measure etc.
Sewing machine is optional as there are machines provided, however it may be useful to bring your own machine to learn how to complete your projects on your own machine.
These classes (for girls only) are aimed at gymnasts who are 9+ years old and who need more of a challenge. These classes run for 2 hours. Emphasis is placed on developing more complex gymnastics skills and the strength and flexibility required to achieve these skills. Gymnasts will be identified as ready to move to these classes by their coach and the coaching co-ordinator.

The general tumbling class is available to gymnasts who are already able to handstand, cartwheel, forward and backward roll. The advanced class is available to those who are able to round off, front sault and front handspring. The class focuses on tumbling on both the floor and trampolines as well as conditioning. Tumbling classes are also suitable for those children looking to participant in an additional gymnastics class each week.
