Our adult learn to swim classes cater for adults with little or no swimming experience through to adults who want stroke correction to improve their technique. We aim to teach survival techniques and basic strokes with energy efficient techniques. All lessons are customised to suit individual needs

This class has been created for older students 10 year to 16 years who have not been acquainted with the aquatic environment and are at a beginner to intermediate level. Students are able to learn with others their own age to develop skills relevant to their needs. Teachers will tailor the class to suit the level of each individual
