Coreflex

Coreflex blends the best elements of yoga and pilates-based mat activities to create a unique program that enhances your muscle strength and length, enhancing flexibility.

Pump Classes

If you want to pump up your energy, then try our pump training classes. You and your friends can take part in weights-assisted exercises in a choreographed program. The entire group fitness class is supervised by our professional fitness trainers, so you’ll get the most out of this strength and toning workout.

Cardio Arena Training

A HIIT workout using a mix of calisthenics, primal movement exercises and cardio machines to maximise your calorie burn over a short time.

“Spin” Indoor Cycling

As long as you can pedal your legs in a cycling motion, you can do this class.

Spin gets your health and fitness to the front of the pack, combining all the benefits of bike riding with the safety of an indoor environment.

A Low Intensity Mat / Floor style of Pilates training to improve core strength, balance, posture, flexibility and mobility.

Power

A faster paced style and more energetic form of yoga focusing on strength, endurance and very dynamic experience, enhancing the alignment and resilience of body & mind to make you feel empowered and uplifted.

Yin

A slower paced and more restorative style of yoga focusing on holding poses for longer to target connective tissues, to increase flexibility, enhance joint mobility, and release trauma and emotions that are stored in the body which can provide a meditative experience.

Flow

A somewhat vagarious and dynamic style of yoga focusing on flowing movements with smooth transitions & sequences between poses, in sync with your breathing. Linking movements and breathing is primary, to make you feel harmonised.
