With their parent in the pool, students are introduced to the water in a fun, friendly environment. Each student will learn to glide independently for 3-5 ft., begin submersions and increase breath control.

With their parent in the pool, students learn to relax and feel comfortable swimming underwater. Movement, water safety, and interaction with other students are emphasized. The goal is to be able to swim independently for approx. 5 ft. and to comfortably back float.
Ages 2 yrs. − 3 ½ yrs.

For graduates of the Guppies class. Tadpoles are taught how to do a full freestyle, rollover breathing, full backstroke, and turn around swims. Tadpoles are taught to maneuver through the water with ease.
Ages 3 yrs. − 5 yrs.
30 minute class; 4 kids maximum
Seahorse students are ready to start their swimming adventure. Seahorse swimmers are taught the basics in freestyle and backstroke with a introduction to breathing as well. Graduates of this level will be able to perform a proficient freestyle stroke as well as a backstroke kick.

Starfish swimmers are taught the basics in swimming by getting them comfortable in and around the water up to the point of swimming independently for 5- 7 ft.
Ages 6 yrs. − 12 yrs.

Designed to perfect freestyle technique and introduce side breathing. Stingrays are also instructed on correct backstroke form and arms.
Ages 3 yrs. − 12 yrs.

For swimmers who have mastered freestyle and backstroke with side breathing. Walrus swimmers are introduced to the breaststroke kicks and arms as well as bilateral breathing in their freestyle. Walrus are also instructed on the basics of treading water.
Ages 6 yrs. − 12 yrs.
30 minute class; 4 kids maximum
Turtles can swim 7- 10 ft. independently and are ready to learn the correct swim techniques. Turtles will learn the correct freestyle arms and kicks and a strong backstroke kick.
Ages 6 yrs. − 12yrs.

Jellyfish swimmers are taught the basics in swimming by getting them comfortable in and around the water up to the point of swimming independently for 7- 10 ft.
Ages 3 yrs. − 5 yrs.

Otters will perfect their freestyle technique and learn side breathing and correct backstroke arms. The goal of this class is to have a complete freestyle and backstroke swim.
Ages 3 yrs. − 12 yrs.
60-90 minute class; 5 students per lane
For swimmers who know all 4 strokes. Hammerheads transition into the competitive swimming field where they learn drills, flip turns, dive starts, and other competitive skills while also working on their endurance and technique.
